Welcome! I'm glad you found me. Â I specialize in pain reduction through mental and physical relaxation. Mental stress has been shown to increase our sensation of physical pain. Massage encourages mental de-stressing while soothing stressed muscles and stimulating parasympathetic relaxation response.
My specialty is slow massage with years of training and working with clients with life-threatening conditions or chronic illness. I am trained in hospice-care and grief massage. My goal is to help relieve pain, increase quality of life, and help promote new habits of relaxation.Â
